my phone was working perfectly fine last night but when i woke up it was switched of, when i turn it on the apple logo disappears when i take my finger of the power button, i tried putting it into DFU and recovery mode but nothing worked i plugged it into itunes to restore or update it and i got error 3194 i checked my host file and all was fine. i dont know what else i can do please help!!!

As a desperate attempt you can search for your phone on cyanogenmod.org. They create custom ROMS for rooted phones (legal), there are several ways to boot a phone, one being into recovery mode.
