Chosen Solution
I was having download issues with my Fire TV so I tried to reset it to factory settings and start all over, after the reset my remote will not pair with the Fire Box, I checked batteries and even held it 3 inches from the box but it would not pair with the original remote that worked 5 minutes earlier
