Open TaskManager
Right-click on Windows Explorer, than click on Restart. This gets rid of the taskbar appearing in fullscreen games, but the problem just comes back as soon as I restart my PC. Is there any way to fix this problem permanently?
Right-click on the taskbar and select Settings on the context menu.
If you are using a desktop, make sure Automatically hide the taskbar in desktop mode is on. If you are using a laptop, make sure Automatically hide the taskbar in tablet mode is on.
