It’s every hard to get it in, almost impossible
It looks like your tablet still has the plastic midframe attached (with adhesive). I would recommend taking the plastic midframe off. Also, if you could get a close up picture of the connector on the motherboard, that would be helpful. You will need to reattach the midframe to the back and then attach the screen to the midframe with adhesive.
