I can’t get into a phone my friend gave me with her old google set up. I wanted to reset then reboot my LG M P450. But when I follow generic instructions it just brings up the S/N and MEID. What am I doing wrong?
Hi, Did you try a hard reset and check if that works? You will need to know the your friend’s Google account password for the phone, to access the phone once the phone has been reset.
