I am trying to remove one of the heatsink screw, but unfortunately it has been stripped, and is too stubborn to unscrew too. How do I remove it?
You do need to be careful here as the studs are only glued onto the logic board and can easily snapped off! I would first see if some solvent will release the thread lock that’s holding the screws onto stud. Then I would try heat from a heavy duty soldering iron as you need to heat things up quickly and a larger mass iron will do this over a small pencil type.
