My hi speed dome camera has been working for over a year. Now the telephoto zoom is stuck in the far position. How do I remove the camera, or check for the zoom failure?
Hello … If you remove camera from ptz dome camera than what will be the function of camera ??? … But still you can open it from top and remove the strip of camera. It is easy.
