I remove one of the two screws to open the phone, but can’t get the other one out. It seems to just spin around.

There are 2 tricks you can do, but first I have to ask if you are wanting to replace the screen. Only reason is because if you are replacing the screen, you can remove the plastic bezel from the glass on the screen and push the screw out from the inside of the phone (this involves breaking your screen bezel, but you have a replacement with the new screen). If you are not replacing the screen, you will need to cover the charge port with tape and Dremel the screw head down from the outside of the phone. Then you would push the rest of the screw out from the plastic bezel when you get the screen off. It completely depends on the repair you’re wanting to do.If you don’t like any of those, you can try a small drop of super glue on a toothpick and lay it on the pentalobe screw and attempt to pull it out after it dries. Other than that, that’s all I can think of.
