I have a potential client who contacted me asking me what was going on with their phone I believe that their phone has been infected with a virus or malware. unfortunately the phone does not boot up to where I can do anything with it is there any solutions for getting this resolved?
Try starting the phone up in Safe Mode. https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-32… Then go to Settings –> Applications and remove what you think is causing the issues.
