My charger port is not working at all unless I use a loan charger and twist it around and angle it a certain way or something and then it charges a little but then the next time I try I have to do it a whole another way please help Update (11/17/2022) It’s An Galaxy A21
A faulty cable, charger, socket or adapter. Dirt or debris in the charging port. The first step is to check to see if the problem is related to your charger or charging cable. Are you using an official charger? Check for damage. Try a different cable and plug. Try a different power source. Regards, Will
Hi, It seems as though the charge port is loose from the systemboard. The simplest fix is to replace the charge port board (supplier example only to show cost of part) There are other suppliers online. Just search for Galaxy A21 charge port board to find suppliers that suit you best. If doing this yourself seems too daunting a task, contact a reputable, professional mobile phone repair service and ask for a quote.
