If you really love that phone you can replace it, you need a donor board or find the sim-slot in any online store. You can do it with micro-soldering skills and tools if you have both, go ahead. IF YOU REALLY LOVE IT, because you can find a new working phone (same model) in wallmart for less than $30.00
