I had a 4th generation iPod and it took a dump but i did backup all of my music. After i got the new classic the 160gb and restored my backup using the windows backup utility. How do i get my music files to show up on itunes and my iPod ??
I’ve had to do this similar deal myself when reformatting my hard drive.If you have backed up your music files to a separate folder, and if I understand your question correctly, you should just then be able to select the file tab at the top of itunes and select add folder to library.
