This might be a problem with my inline regulator, but I’m not entirely sure. My supercharging SL3 inline regulator has a very high velocity first shot and a large variance in shot to shot consistency.

This is most likely caused by a dirty or damaged purge poppet, a small seal inside of the regulator. Order a spare one from Planet Eclipse, or see if your local field has a replacement. The guide provided by Planet Eclipse has a very good section on fixing supercharging issues.
