how do I take the live demo unit off please
Press Menu on your remote control, choose Support and then change the Use Mode from Store Demo to Home Use. Second way is by pressing Tools button on the remote control and then choose Store Demo Offoption. Press Tools button again to check whether it has already changed to Home Use. Good luck Update (03/05/2020) Why is it in retail mode? Did you steal it? What phone carrier are you using? Take it to them and they can take the retail mode off. Typically phones are only in retail / demo mode while in a store. Not to be sold like that. It needs to be unlocked. Good luck
