How do I take out the agitator assembly?  There is a shirt stuck underneath it.

can you unscrew the back protective layer then we can proceed with the other step

Here is a video for Kenmore or Whirlpool. They are replacing the drive block but it shows taking the agitator off. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w4O3n3r9… It should be close enough to your machine to give you the idea. Good luck. Alton
