Chosen Solution
I’ve had 2 of these computers, having to return one because of a few serious issues. However, the second one I received is significantly less resistant in its screen hinge. A small shake will move the monitor very easily, whereas the first computer had very solid hinges. How can I tighten the hinge?
Hi! Have you dissasebled the laptop? Or just replace the monitor from the bad one.Or change the laptop if you have warranty Hope this helps
