Sometimes when I hit the volume buttons, it changes the general volume and sometimes it changes the ringtone volume. I’ve never figured out how do I toggle between them. - I DON’T want to set it to one or the other.
Hi @jwolfe1 , The volume rocker changes the ringtone/alert volume when: No audio source is playingORThe ringtone/alert is actively ringing The volume rocker changes the general volume when: Any audio source (music, video, etc.) is playing You can change the settings by going to Settings -> Sounds and sliding the Change with Buttons option to [OFF]. If you do so, the only way to change your ringtone/alert volume would be to adjust it while it’s going off, or in the settings menu. Info source
