I can’t figure it out.

No need to reset the ipod the Ipod’s name can be changed in itunes on the sidebar by clicking on the ipod and changing it’s name.

Reset the iPod in iTunes, and all info on it will be erased. Hopefully you didn’t steal this iPod!

when you plug in your iPod to itunes , find the name of your iPod&double click it&the text box will be highlighted&you change it .
