Chosen Solution
I was listening to music and my EarPods fell out of my ear and the fell on the ground. I went to put them back into my phone and ear and hit play on the remote. All of a sudden none of the buttons or the microphone work. Can anybody help me?
Unfortunately you will need replacement earpods. They are cheap and can be picked up at apple for under $50 (AUD)
