I don’t have a computer at the moment. And I’ve tried the hold the lock button and home but on until apple appears. That won’t work
Take switch on top turn on,off,and on again Then hold home and menu for aprox. 10 seconds until Apple logo - release all it should shut down power on and it should be reset at this point
