My RCA tablet has been locked by the bogus FBI banner. Can’t find a way to delete the banner
@rfkeith10 sounds like your tablet is being held hostage by ransomware. I am sure that is says somewhere on your screen that if you pay some money to some account, it will get released. You will have to to boot the tablet into safe mode and uninstall it from there. Do not select anything like a factory reset etc. Use these instructions to try to get rid of it.
