How Do You Restart An Application Hp Laptop

It’s say insert the correct DVD Rom and restart application I got the correct DVD Rom now but how do I restart the application?

Close the application by pressing the red X in the corner. Then open it again. If you can’t close it that way, then open task manager, right click on the application and close it. Then open it. Hope this helps!
