Hi yall, so the volume - button died on my Volume button assembly in my iPhone X, so I bought a replacement one, but now I cannot for the life of me figure out how to transfer the mute switch! There is no guides/videos about it on ifixit/youtube either, and I’ve looked everywhere, can anybody help me out please?
Hi! Check this Teardown: iPhone X Teardown And go to Step 21. You can see the part assembly there. Finding a guide regarding this, is not that easy I’m affraid.
