When removing the speaker, i didn’t notice the power button cables were stretched across the front , and pulled the cables out of the button. i need to get the button out to re-solder the cables, but don’t want to damage the button any further. how does it come out?

Checkout Page 60 for the details on taking the speaker out. OK, what to do?? You’ll need a heat gun to carefully heat up the case around the bottom to soften the glue. Be careful! As you don’t want to over heat things melting the plastic button case in the process! With the button off, you should be able to replace the wires and you’ll need to splice in the connector on the other side. If you can’t do this you may want to find someone with the tools and skills. You might be able to get a replacement button salvaged from a parts system.
