You likely have a stuck Volume down key. Usually to get out of Safe Mode, you simply press POWER and restart the phone. If this doesn’t leave the Safe Mode, have the Volume buttons examined for repair.

First, what is safe mode? What does it do? Do I want it? If not, how do I get out of it?
Safe mode is only loading stock apps, so can be usefull to test battery drain. If the battery doesn’t drain that fast in safe mode you know it’s an app you installed causing it.

My left volume down button is stuck; this is one reason for this :(
How do I get it of my home screen
I accidently turned my phone on safe mode . I think it was when I was messageiñg a friend and he told me to use my microphone while I was trying to message so I could be faster. But as we all know haste makes waiste !! This always happens to me I hurry up and I’m on time and everyone is happy but the one who has to go back and clean for everyone !! Why did I do this to myself that’s what I try to figure out why cause myself work that I don’t get paid for
reset your phone but do not factory reset your phone if that doesn’t work take the sims card out and restart the phone.
