Look on the bottom of the TV near the speaker holes. On the far outer edge corner there is an oval looking hole. I use a plastic opener tool to gently pop open the plastic latches around the outside. Go gently. The latches come off when you apply enough pressure upward. Continue around the screen until all plastic clips have popped open. The plastic will lift off at the point.
