So I’m assuming my IC chips have gone ballistic and so I’m trying to backup the phone for whenever I get a new one or go to get it repaired. I am unable to touch the screen therefore I cannot unlock the phone and trust the computer in order for it to be backed up through itunes. How, if possible, can I back up my phone?
I’m sorry but I’m pretty sure you need to be able to touch the screen to be able to back it up. The ic touch can be repaired. We offer this service but we are in Fort Lauderdale. You can ask your local phone repair shop
