Need instructions for changing headlight assembly replacement
Hi @teeety9_ Here’s a link to the 2006+ Chevrolet HHR Service And Repair Manual + Wiring Diagrams. Scroll down and click on the Lighting Systems link. Pass the reCAPTCHA test to access the file, and then when it is loaded on the screen, download it to a computer to make it easier to use. (download link, top right of the header bar in Document box) When you have opened the .pdf file on your computer go to p.144/167 to find the Headlamp capsule replacement procedure. (.pdf page numbering, as there are no page numbers in the document) Part of the procedure requires removing the front bumper fascia and refers to the Fascia Replacement - front bumper. Unfortunately, the manual does not have an exterior body or trim section and the front bumper fascia removal procedure is not found in any other section of the manual in the link. I did find this, where the front bumper removal for the vehicle is described. Hopefully a start.
