My PS4 suddenly stopped playing, All I can see on my TV IS SONY play station logo and the message saying that Change the resolution on external device. How to change this setting ?
Hold ps4 button until safe mode (2 beeps, about 7 sec) then scroll down to “change resolution” I think it’s the 2nd or third option
