How do I turn multitasking off on my LG Style 3? It constantly opens and closes when it wants to. I can’t find where to disable it.

Update (03/08/2018) Hi @chriskg , Since you tried a reset (I assume that you mean a factory reset?) and it is still happening the only thing now is to check if there is a system update available. If there is try it and see if it resolves the problem. If there is not or if there is and it still doesn’t help, how old is the phone? Judging by the reviews it is a fairly recent model. Check your purchase receipt for a date and if the phone is less than 12 months old consult the manufacturer’s warranty statement as to what you have to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty repair or replacement.
