Chosen Solution
I own a Steba SV 50 Sous-Vide Cooker. I seems as the dial has broken as I cannot change the set temperature or the time anymore. I cannot figure out how to disassemble the unit, so any advice would be appreciated.https://steba.com/product/cooking/sous-v…

Found the solution… heat up the display with a hairdryer then pull if of using a suctioncup. It’s now possible to get access to the electronics. The rest of the unit cannot be disassembled as it it sealed to make it waterproof. I manage to fix it 💪🏼 It was the small tap on the dial that was broken… I simply glued it back on
