Hey, At the beginning of the year I bought a Galaxy Note 10 with a shattered screen/damaged OLED panel. I used a monitor and Dex to set it up and choose a password. I finally found and installed a relatively affordable Note 10 OEM replacement display and, of course being me, I forgot the password (and sold the old phone that had it written down on). It won’t let me turn it off without entering the password, and when I wait for it to go flat and try pressing the power & volume up button method to reset the device it doesn’t work (still powers on as usual). Note: I don’t have a Samsung account set up to use Find My Phone and it didn’t show up on my gmail account. Thanks in advance for any help factory resetting the phone (:
