iPad screen is black. Have already tried to reset it and have also tried the smack on the back but no luck. Siri talks when I push the on/off button and also if I take a screen shot I can see the pic then screen turns back to black. Help please
It could be a bad lcd. If hard resetting or a factory reset doesn’t help it might need to be replaced
