The note 5 does not turn on or off . It has a black screen but the blue light is on signaling me that there is a call. I can’t tell if it is charging or not either.

@acataldo this could be a broken dispaly or a dislodged connector. Use this guide to make sure the connector is properly seated. If it is and if everything looks okay then you need to consider replacing the display assembly. Of course before all that you do want to try a soft reset: this device has a non-removable battery. This process can be used to simulate a “battery pull” when the device is unresponsive, frozen, or doesn’t power on. Ensure the device is charged to a minimum of 5%. If battery level is below 5%, the device may not power on after the reboot. Press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons for 12 seconds. Use the Volume down button to scroll to the Power Down option. Press the Home key to select. Note The device powers down completely. You need to replace your LCD probably there’s a crack underneath your LCD that you can not see with your naked eye.
