can i fix a switch charging port
There are hundreds of YouTube videos on replacing a switch charging port. If you have a hot air station and are confident in soldering it’s pretty easy. If not find a computer or mobile repair shop who can do it for you.
It’s doable for an experienced technician, but it’s not the port to learn on. Switch ports have a double row of pins, the inner row can’t be seen. If you’ve already done other “big clunky charge ports” on other boards then a switch is a reasonable next step. If you’re a beginner, start with an easier port like xbox hdmi.
