I would suggest a factory reset on the TV software as the first thing to try. Also what is the model number for this tv just so everyone here has a bit more information on the tv, and has it suffered any recent damage?

I’ve done the factory reset while trying to fix burnt out HDMI ports. It did not help the single blue strip down center of screen. It goes away after about 10 minutes of the TV bring on. Model number VX32LHDTV10A
