Chosen Solution
So what actually happened is :-i leave my xbox 360 controller unused for 2 months with 2 AA size batteries in it(second bad thing is i placed it upside down) So after two months i placed new set of batteries in it and try to turn it on. It turned on, but after 2-3 sec it turned off. Then I tried to turn on again and it was not responding Maybe some short circuit happen because of that leaked fluid by previous batteries *sorry for my bad English :(
