It happened while I’m restoring the previous update of my laptop. Then it went dark screen I thought it was running low in battery so I plugin the power source to avoid interrupting the update or cancel update, I don’t know what to call it if your restoring the previous update, then I turn it on. After turning it on, it shows in the bluenscreen “Your device ran into a problem and needs to restart" and also it says that if you call a support person, give them this info: Stop code: CRITICAL PROCESS DIED. Then it will automatically restart after the collecting of error reach 100%. While restarting it shows the ACER LOGO then preparing automatic repair, after that Diagnosing your PC. Then finally after all of that another blue screen saying “Your PC did not start correctly” then there’s options to “RESTART" OR “Advanced options". In the advance options there are 4 options (continue; use a device; troubleshoot; turn off your PC) The only option for me I guess is the Troubleshoot to reset your PC or see advanced options. Under troubleshoot there are 2 options ( Reset this PC; Advanced options). I already did the “Startup Repair and the Startup settings” but no luck still the same. The other OPTIONS like RESET and other TROUBLESHOOTING OPTIONS require admin password which I do not know. This laptop Is my mom’s and she said there are no password. Please somebody, anyone help me solve this problem. Thank you in advance.

Critical process died, it’s usually a software issue. Reinstall laptop OS, software issue is not worth troubleshooting on cheap devices.
