When I try to use ethernet on ps4, I get told to put in my info even tho I have it set to never ask for that, and when I switched cords and even systems, it’s still having this problem
Hey, Ayden I would try a different ethernet system with the PlayStation or try a different device with the ethernet system. If it is an issue with the PlayStation, I would assume that there is a wire that is not where it’s supposed to be within your PS4.
