Please asnwer me wat can i do to fix this problem ? im so dissappointed!
This is a known manufacturing defect. Speak with HTC to see if they are open to replacing it for free. They were replacing them free for a while, but now the phone is over 5 years old, so the offer may be over. If they won’t replace it for free, you need to pay for the replacement.
