Basically, my Samsung A8’s screen is broken. It’s not the usual broken screen where the part you touch is cracked, it’s more internal. To provide some context, it had a strong case and glass protector, and was thrown hard on the ground. Cracks can be seen when looking at it, but they cannot be touched. I know that it works because it vibrates(from notifications/turning it on), and the light near the front camera turns on. No light comes from the display however.
You need a new screen assembly. You damaged the AMOLED display resulting in no image. We repair shops see it quite often.
