Hello. Pls, somebody help me. I can’t start my small printing biz because my HP desk jet advantage 2010 printer won’t turn on. No lights on power button. Just this red exclamation on paper symbol. My last used was printing shrink film( basically letter sized and likely photo paper type. Now the sized of the film is not whole letter. It’s half already bcuz I cut some on my previous prints and I did print the remains cut to save films. Maybe 1/2 remain. So, after that no more power. Just the red ❗ paper exclamation, also no display on screen. Ithink. Probably bcuz of paper jam like. I don’t know. Pls help me. I have just started this printing bizness. I already did troubleshoot printer like disconnecting cords and long pressing power button. Thank you so much. Update (02/05/2022)
I think there is real power, only signs are this red in paper symbol. I think it’s a false jam or something is going on.
I would suggest thoroughly checking for paper jams. Even a clump of dust or a small piece of paper could make it be registering a jam.
