The charging port of my laptop is broken from the inside and I’m afraid of opening it up.
The easiest option would be to take it to someone who does know if you are not confident in opening it. Depending on the type of laptop, it could be a mounted component, or a plug in one. I know its not the answer you are looking for, but its the most feasible in this case :)
