My screen isn’t shattered per say but it has a crack at the point of impact. Then the cracks become less visiable as it goes away then leads to the end of the screen. I know that it is nearly impossible to get inside of the HTC One much less fix the screen. Any help would be great.

Do not follow ifixit’s teardown, the method they used to open the phone to get at the internals is not the best way to do it. I posted a guide on repairing the screen with links to videos on how to properly open the phone and remove the back cover. HTC One Display Assembly Replacement
