Have you jail broken it or attempted to? Error 9 generally occurs during a firmware upgrade, and has something to do with a problem with the USB connection to your device that is causing it to unexpectedly disconnect when syncing. It can be a hardware problem e.g. if the dock/lightning flex is water damaged or something. Do all the basic stuff first: Reboot your computer and try to restore again.Use a different USB cable and port.Check for dirt/junk/pocket fluff etc. in the lightning connector which could be preventing it connecting properly.Disable any firewalls or security software which may be preventing access to the Apple servers.Try restoring using a different computer. Hi Uninstall iTunes and reinstall from Apple direct website https://www.apple.com/uk/itunes/download… and step 2 use a different lighting cable . And it should fix it and if it doesn’t work it’s a problem with your device
