the phone has stuck on blu..it shows the screen and blu logo thats it
can u fix it for me?
Try holding the power button and the down volume down key until it brings up the recovery screen, then scroll using the volume key to scroll to wipe data/factory reset tap power button to select after it’s done with that scroll to reboot system now and tap the power button to select…it should work fine after that….if it doesn’t either you messed up or your phone is just broken.
