I have Toshiba Satellite l455d-S5976 how to get pass the bios password or rest the whole thing back to factory. Setting???

You can google a default BIOS password list, but as afar as I know, most Toshiba laptops will bypass the BIOS password if the left shift key is held down during boot. Hope this helps.
