Is the fix a simple factory reset? Or is the battery hardware swap required?
Hi,most likely a factory reset will not fix your problem.From what i can tell if you still have the orginal battery there isa part you can move across from the orginal battery or you can use a programmer to programme the battery to show a certain battery percentage
