I recently had my Macbook Air not turn on for me and instead gave me the folder with a question mark. Apple said that it could be the connection or that my SSD ( since I assume this model doesn’t have a hard drive) is corrupted. How can I save my files on this computer and fix the problem? I was hoping that I could remove the SSD and use it externally to see if I could at least save all my files (which most are not backed up). Is this possible? I saw the guide on here of how to replace the SSD just didn’t know if I could save the files? Thank you!
