bought a iphone 12 pro max but its on activation lock and requires icloud login. is there any way to solve this? by replacing the motherboard (logic board)?
Not a good idea, you’ll break Face ID, True Tone, battery info and get camera warnings, not to mention a logic board costs so much now. Contact the original owner to get it unlocked, or call the police to report fraud.
